"Pros: I booked Elite Villa in Thrissur for my daughter’s Madhuramveppu ceremony, primarily to capture beautiful photos and videos in a scenic outdoor setting—and it truly met our expectations.
The villa is stunning and spacious (approximately 4500 sq. ft.), and very well maintained. It features four bedrooms and is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The property is kept exceptionally clean, and the peaceful ambiance makes it ideal for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.
One great aspect was the on-site staff who were always available to help whenever needed. Initially, there was some resistance from the property manager regarding putting up decorative lights for our function. However, we contacted the owner, Mr. Jose Kavalakkad, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. He allowed us to proceed with the decorations, saving us from last-minute changes or having to look for an alternative venue.
The location is also very convenient, with easy access to food delivery (Swiggy) and Uber services. Moreover, people in Thrissur are generally very warm, kind, and helpful, which is added to the overall positive experience.
One note of caution: the villa is primarily meant for peaceful family stays, and organizing large-scale events or functions may not be permitted unless explicitly approved by the owner.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Elite Villa for a relaxing family vacation or small, private gatherings in a serene and beautiful setting.

"Pros: We rented the property for two nights and had arranged a Haldi ceremony for my daughter's wedding. Venue was fantastic and apt for the function. Everyone who came appreciated and enjoyed the property. House has plenty of space outside where we had built a stage and done decorations for Haldi and had a tent outside where people could sit and watch. Had arranged breakfast and lunch for about 100 people who participated in the Haldi function. I would give 10/10 for this property.
Cons: There is nothing that you won't like about the property."
