"Pros: What we liked most was the friendliness. Helpfulness and attention from all staff from the GM Mr.Thampi down. In particular the following : Front office Duty Mgr -Sree Kumar Front Office Mgr. - Prasad C.P Security Mgr. K.S.Sivakumar, F&B Exec.Mgr. Poja Farah, Exec. Chef - Ajib Kumar Apart from them all staff were so attentive and professional including the Restaurant Supervisor, Housekeeping staff and the Bell boys.. The Food was also excellent. The hotel is well located and not far from most places in the City. Thanks to Dimora Hotel for an excellent stay for us. 🙏👏 Cons: We enjoyed everything...." ~Schani
