"Pros: Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are OL. Cons: Geyser at bathroom not working in 5° temp. No backup for loadsheding for hours. Very poorly staffed. Not seemed like hotel. No service at all but charged 11% Service charge. Miss Puja of Booking.com was only interested in money but no information or no help.She rang 10 times to pay full amount of hotel rent in advance.Pl do not offer this kind of hotel where it is nearly impossible for elderly persons to enter the hotel... so steep are the stairs." ~Dasgupta
