"Pros: Nothing was good at all Cons: we were about to reach hotel and owner called and told us that room is not available and didnt give us any justified reason. after that we suffered a lot of problem as we had nowhere to go. we searched whole kausauli and didnt find any suitable room, we had 3 year old child with us, we suffered a lot that day because of this hotel. very unproffesional behaviour. they put us in lot of risk that day." ~Manav
