"Pros: Great location in the middle of everything in Shimla. Beautiful garden and generous rooms. Cute ensuite sitting room. Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: No central heating, making the rooms uncomfortable; the provided little electric heater did not help much with temperatures under 10 degrees at night. We were charged extra for tea and coffee, although breakfast was included in the price. Not a large sum but nevertheless unnecessary since the room rate was not cheap. Bathrooms were not cleaned when room was made up and at breakfast the cutlery was sticky, tablecloth dirty. Little things, but improvement of these would make a great difference!" ~Angela
