"Pros: We had a wedding to attend and this hotel was right next to the venue (woodsville palace). One of the staff lent us an air dryer as they dont provide this Cons: Firstly on arrival the hotel staff were trying to charge more than what was agreed with booking, although it said confirmed reservation on booking they were saying it wasn't confirmed and we should have called ahead. Tried to charge more. WiFi didn't work. The bed was comfortable but there was constant noise and beeping from the toilet . No air conditioning. Staff don't speak English very well making it hard to communicate." ~Sofia
