"Pros: Properties are well maintained and hygienic, staff is amazingly helpful and quick to respond. Staff behaviour was very polite, enjoyed overall stay Cons: Property is right amidst residential area, big vehicle like traveller was difficult to park and navigate. Heaters were chargeable which to my knowledge was bit strange as mostly properties in colder regions voluntarily provided heating facilities. One more big mention is wash basin water had no hot water arrangement which is again bit strange" ~Mr.
