"Pros: The location was good.
Cons: The check in process was clumsy. I had made my reservation through Booking.com . When I reached the hotel i was shocked that the hotel didn't have my booking. They
had made the booking in some other name. I had to show them advance payment receipt booking ID and lot of other thing, all because they made a typing mistake in my name.
Secondly I had booked for Deluxe premium rooms but when I reached the hotel they didn't have those rooms .I was offered suite room for 1 night but then I would have to change my room again next day ( so I refused to accept this ). Then I was given 2 Deluxe rooms although I paid for 2 Deluxe premium rooms.
The rooms are too small for the money they charge.
The worst thing that happened to me is during check out I was told that I will get my bill in my email. Today even after 2 days I am yet to receive my payment receipt of Rs 1,15,000.00. I have calling them and messaging them but they are avoiding me.
So for all who think of going to this place be warned about these things. The hotel may be tagged as a 4 star hotel but they lack the qualities of a good hotel."
