"Pros: We liked the location of the stay
Cons: We where the first family to visit and register the place. but the maintance person said that someone else blocked directly the place and gave the rooms which was in the lower portion of the stay. which was not at all clean. This stay shows the photos of upper portion of the stay in booking.com and gives the lower portion of the stay for booking.com ppl and the Doors, balcony doors, fall sealing, wardbore, toilet was broken and not clean in the lower portion of the stay and upper portion was clean. when we asked them to give this portion. they said its already booked for direct booking. informed them that my parents are old and can get down. but they failed to give the upper portion which was not blocked when we arrived the morning. the ppl for the upper portion only come after 5 in the evening. but the staff was very helpful, I must. Other than this everything was good. It would be better to maintain the lower portion of the stay in good condition."
