"Pros: The hotel is located in a scenic spot with good views all round. The rooms are big and spacious with a smart tv, modern bathroom and a big balcony. The complimentary breakfast was good with a lot of options like Aloo paratha, poha, bread, omelet and tea. There is room service and an in-house restaurant as well. However the menu is a bit pricey. . Cons: The staff deployed for maintaining the property didn't feel like professionals. I don't remember them having a smile on their face at any point. Any request or query was greeted with an uninterested attitude and the response was always slow and dull. They where behaving like a lazy bunch who doesn't get paid. ALSO THERE IS NO MOBILE COVERAGE FOR AIRTEL & the in-house wifi was our only option for connectivity. The location of the hotel is around 10kms or a half an hour drive from the Nainital lake/ mall road." ~Jithin
