"Pros: Staff was excellent and went out of their way to take care of us. Meals were fantastic - Hot, fresh and tasty. Views from the villa are amazing. Cons: Not major : a bit more upkeep on facilities such as lights, furniture, bathroom sinks etc. would make this property stellar. Remote location is a major plus but we would have liked the access roads to be less bumpy and not require use of a 4x4 to get to property entrance" ~Naveen

"Pros: Great hotel, with a stunning view of a valley full with tea plants! Hotel also had all facilities needed for a nice stay. Pool was great, as you could enjoy the great view whilst swimming around Cons: Bathroom was somewhat small and the shower screen/door was not propperly installed, with result that water leaked throughout the bathroom whilst showering. It seemed they tried to fix it with sealant and a extra strip (see photo), but it did not work!" ~Reman
