"Pros: The food was OK. Cons: The staff especially at the reception, wasn't welcoming and customer friendly. Unorganised activity area. The extra bed in the 3 member room was disastrous since the bed was broken and I fell from it. Also I feel like it's very overpriced totally and at the restaurant, the food quantity was way too low when compared to its price. I ordered chilly chicken which cost 280 Rs and the quantity was literally meagre! In the room the TV and the telephone didn't work well at all and therefore I feel like the room was not well prepared. We had paid for one 3 member room and one 2 member room but the 3 member room was suitable for 3 people, i.e. exactly the same as the 2 member room." ~Eppie
