"Pros: The adventurous bumpy road to the top , is a good prelude for the nature experience of the resort. Tucked at the top of the hills, you will feel fully surrounded by nature and cut off from the world below. The views are extraordinary, stretching until where the eye can see, while the vale below has a gentle mantle of clouds, reflecting the sunrise or sunset colours of the sky. The staff was extremely helpful, we had some issues with a tree house and we were promptly moved to a second one. Admittedly, the activities and hikes are not extensive, but perfect for a short duration stay. We didn't explore options of hiking around the resort, but I would guess there are a lot of options given the surrounding tea plantations access paths. Food wise, it was probably the best we had in Kerala. And maybe in the top 5 of our 2 weeks in India. We were honestly surprised how the remote access could have provided the fresh tastes of Kerala food, but the simple well prepared dishes made it work! All and all a solid stay, a bit on the expensive side for what is offered. Also, do bare in mind you are in nature!" ~Joao
