"Pros: Staff was truly exceptional - Prachi from the front desk really impressed us with her making our stay and celebrating a milestone birthday truly exceptional. Food at Uma was delicious. The rooms were very nice. Beach is very accessible. Cons: I was expecting the beachfront to be a lot cleaner - while the hotel was great the beach outside was not which was disappointing as the main purpose of booking a beachfront hotel is to enjoy the beach. Also the term resort hotel is misleading as it’s actually a hotel and not a resort, I was expecting more things to do within the hotel premises. Since there aren’t many things easily walkable due to the narrow access road, it will be good to have more things to do in the hotel. Given this, I felt the hotel to be quite overpriced since it’s priced like a resort with the amenities of a hotel." ~Anonymous
