"Pros: Nothing Cons: Our booking was accepted even when the entire resort was booked by a group. After travelling so far from Mumbai to Karjat and finally reaching the Rio farm. We were informed by the owner that our booking is cancelled because of the entire resort being completely booked. The owner mentioned that he sent an email last night stating that the booking has been cancelled. However, did not made even a single call to inform about the cancelled booking. We had to do a last minute booking somewhere else and luckily there was room available at another place. It was a long weekend and all the places were almost booked. Worst experience" ~Shaikh
