"Pros: The location of this home stay was really good. The two bhk is apt for a family of 4, you get the entire space for yourself without any disturbance. The owner was really friendly and professional. In short the place is 10/10. Cons: Few things - not that I didn't like but I would suggest if they can add it for the future guests. -A mirror in the bathroom -And few vessels (or jus one) would have made it easier when the induction is already kept in the kitchen. - wifi (just a suggestion)" ~Gracy

"Pros: Property owner Mr Naveen is very helpful and accommodative. Location was of the property is good as it'sclose to restaurantsand the city. The common sitout area was very good with fresh air. Overall property is maintained well. Caretaker couple is very nice. Very friendly and helping. Kitchen is well equipped with gas stove, pressure cooker, mixer etc. View from the terrace is nice. Cons: The major disappoint was bed sheets, pillow cover and blankets as we didn't feel these were washed. When we checked with the care taker they mentioned that the stains don't go away even after washing. I think bed sheets are very old and need to be replaced with new stock. Sofa wasn't comfortable ad it's dated.. No AC was there but we didn't need it. Shower was partially functional so had to use the bucket for bathing. A few things mentioned in booking.com were not present such as iron box, washing machine and dish washer. Toiletries such as shampoo etc were not there. Basic medimix soap and liquid hand wash was provided." ~Rajendra
