"Pros: For the 1st time i had a nightmare boking via Booking. com that was avoidable. Despite giving the usual credit card details to Bookings. com for which i received a confirmed boking number from it, etc, I received an email many times from Triose indirectly 'threatening' that my Bookings. com confirmed booking for the 2 rooms would be canceled if I did not pay 100% booking cost by NEFT withing 24 hours to Triose directly and I just about had only that many hours. I had no choice but to immediately make the transfer but I had to wait for hours before Triose confirmed receipt of the amount and RECONFIRMED my booking. Even after transferring the amount I received the same threatening email. Thanks to Triose's delay the joy of making the Lonavala trip was lost. If Triose has any problem with Bookings.com it should cancel it's agreement with the latter and not make life miserable for an innocent customer. I have had no problem with my past bookings through Booking.com including booking at USA without paying a single $. Cons: 1) reason why I was required to pay 100% advance despite a confirmed booking? An much faster response on payment receipt. A proper customer support service including correct mobile numbers. The mobile number that was provided on the website and the lady who took my calls on it a few times was totally incompetent in assisting me, an absolute misfit for the important job." ~Subhas
