"Cons: We were denied check-in. The person who was supposed to be staying is a foreigner who has been living in India since 6 years, has an adhaar card, a pan card. A passport and visa documents on his phone yet was denied check in because he was a foreigner. First we were asked to move to a different property. There they expected him to carry hard copies of his passport and visa. Even after we took it from the official website, the person (Abhi) said that it's government policy to take hard copy. In an era of digital India, who expects us to carry hard copy of an international passport? Why should he carry it inspite of having an adaar card? Very inconvenient in the middle of the night during peak rain." ~Abhinav
