"Pros: A Truly Memorable Stay at Great Trails Kodai – May 1st & 2nd We had a truly pleasant two-day stay at Great Trails in Kodaikanal during May 1st and 2nd. The moment we settled in, it started raining — transforming the entire atmosphere into a cool, misty retreat, a delightful contrast to the harsh summer heat we left behind in Erode. From the very beginning, the hospitality at GRT was exceptional. The staff made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious — especially the Alphonso mango juice, which was simply mind-blowing! What made the experience even more heartwarming were the little surprises. A lovely Punjabi family staying there gifted a toy to our child — when we tried to return it, they insisted and even gave us another one. GRT also surprised our kids with gifts and took a beautiful family photo, which they printed and gave to us as a keepsake. Such thoughtful gestures made the stay truly special. Overall, it was a wonderful, value-for-money vacation, and we’d love to return to GRT again for more beautiful memories. Cons: Nothing" ~Saran

"Pros: The property is newly made and has all modern facilities in an otherwise remote location! It's the perfect choice if you're looking to get away from the crowd while enjoying the beauty Kodaikanal has to offer. Our favourite features were the hot tub and the sun roof! The host is extremely gracious and helpful! They helped us with everything we needed and provided us with delicious home cooked meals. They offered complementary experiences like breakfast at the hilltop with the best possible view of the entire city! If you're looking to spend a few days in luxury this is the place for you, prices are low as the property is relatively new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hosts went out of their way to make our stay hassle free and as comfortable as possible! I would look forward to staying here again. Cons: The property is a little far from the city center and there are not that many food options nearby. You can ask the host to provide you with home cooked food or order from limited options available on swiggy/zomato. The host was more than happy to help out with any requests we had so I can't complain much :)" ~Anuragkedia
