"Pros: Located at the Forum Mall , extremely convenient for shopping and entertainment. The Mall has a wonderful variety of branded and non branded stores including a Lulu supermarket. Prices are very keen as is the selection of retail stores and goods at great quality, great prices . Situated across the banks of the Backwaters, most beautiful views from the rooms . Restaurants are excellent value for money - as is in room dining , flavorful food and menu options . The Property is Beautifully designed with minute attention to artistic as well as functional detail in the rooms - what a pleasure to the eye !!!- and extremely comfortably outfitted , spacious bedrooms with balconies that have the option of protective shade blinds as well as mosquito netting ! Best of all are staff , pleasant, willing and eager to make ur stay a pleasant one, always listening, always willing to go the extra mile .
