"Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Anya's lake house. The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we had access to a pool with stunning views of the lake. Kumaresan greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the house, and offered us refreshments. Our host, Anya, treated us to a lovely breakfast by the pool and shared great recommendations for local dining spots. One of the days, we took a tuk tuk into Kochi town, which took about 35 minutes, and spent time strolling through Jew Town and Fort Kochi. We had a fantastic time in the neighborhood and were lucky enough to stumble upon a festival, where we were warmly welcomed. The experience was truly unforgettable, and we felt honored by the kindness of everyone we met. We did hire a car, but for some reason, the car hire company couldn’t locate the house. For future travellers, it might be helpful to provide more details about the pick-up location. Unfortunately, this meant we missed out on a relaxed breakfast and more time by the pool that morning, which was the only downside to our otherwise fantastic stay. Thank you :)" ~Wai
