"Pros: The Rooms are spacious, very big and with a nice view of the jungle. You can spot Wild animals from the balcony. It is walking distance to the Periyar Tiger reserve entry gate. Booking.com shows that the rooms are air-conditioned but actually they are not. But you won't need it anyway. We visited in peak summer (end of April) and the fan was sufficient. Bathroom was big with 24 hours hot and cold water.
Cons: Breakfast was included in the package but seemed the property did not have a kitchen of its own. On day 1, breakfast was served after 10:00 AM. On day 2 it was served without confirming the menu. Breakfast experience must be improved otherwise a very good place to stay in."
