"Pros: The property is very close to Candolim and Sinqurim beach and is very good and comfortable for a family of 4. The property has very good security making the overall stay safe. The host has a fully functional kitchen. The hall and Bedroom have good air conditioning which is a must during summers in goa. The caretaker is not the most friendly but is there for you when you arrive and when you leave making the entire process smooth. Yes, and there is Wi-fi and a common swimming pool for the society. The host has made all provisions for your comfortable stay so you really don't need to contact them once you are in. Cons: Nothing to do with the property but the entire area has poor mobile reception, the host offers you free wi-fi so tiktokers you have nothing to worry about, working people like me might lose a call here and there." ~Ollyseb
