"Pros: The room rates are for 24 hours from check-in time. Customers can take rooms from morning onwards. There is no 11 AM check-out or check-in from 2 PM concept like most of the places. Here it's for 24 hours from whatever your check-in time. I don't think you will find a place in Ernakulam with budget rate and 24 hours stay duration. "Pros: I had a wonderful stay at F3 Homes in Kochi. The place is very nice, modern, and equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were laundry facilities available as well, which was very convenient. The bedroom and bathroom were both modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff managing the property were friendly and helpful, and the owner personally assisted with transfers, which made the whole experience even smoother. Communication throughout the stay was excellent. The apartment was spacious, very well ventilated, and perfect for relaxing. Cons: As a small suggestion, it would be great to have a microwave added to the kitchen for even more convenience." ~Ali
