"Pros: My stay at Abad Plaza Hotel was very comfortable and value for money. The staff ,right from the reception to the cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful.
Noticed that they do not have a bell boy or security ,to take care of the guests luggage before check in. Rest of the check in and baggage transfer to rooms was very smooth .
The inhouse restaurant Regency ,is a big let down, as they provide a lunch buffet only, with a la carte option not at all encouraged. The buffet is very minimal and charged Rs.900 per head. The Kadaloram restaurant also has a buffet lunch for Rs.500 per head, which is better in terms of the accompaniments provided, but disappointed in that there was only one type of very normal fish curry."
