"Pros: Location and rooms were good value for money. Cons: 1. No water bottles were provided in room. I was charged room service rate and only at c/o they provided the bottle when I had already purchased water. 2. Breakfast took 1.30 hours and they sent wrong order. This was despite telling that I was in a hurry to check out. Kitchen sent the wrong order when I asked them to cancel. I was charged the breakfast order even when I sent it back. Reception then voided the order from check out bill 3. Restaurant, during dinner a fly fell into the drink we ordered. They took away the drink but did not replace or reduce the bill for the discarded drink." ~Mitali
