"Pros: The second room they offered is nice and clean. With balcony door and window that you can open. They kindly offered it when I decided to leave the hotel. Because the one in the picture's window is designed not to be opened thus the room has a smell. It has AC for the room temperature because it's hot inside the room and AC has to be opened way ahead of time of check-in so the smell will go. Who needs the AC when the temperature outside is cold and you're in the Himalayas Mountain. Cons: Closed room, windows can't be open. The one in the picture. But the second room they offered is perfect and clean. The name of the hotel is different too. Maybe they have 2 buildings to fill and they used the name Dhauladhar Hills only. And locating the hotel, it has similar names with other hotels. So when you arrived at night, don't let your taxi go right away as later you might end up in wrong hotel and have to pay taxi again." ~Biennette
