"Pros: The location of this property is great - away from the main Bir crowd. We were given a free upgrade for our room which was amazing and very thoughtful. The views from our room were incredible - it snowed the night we checked in, so the views from our balcony the next morning were splendid. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. We did not have any meals at the property, so no comments on that." ~Himadri
