"Pros: Staff were very kind, got an upgrade to the top level bungalow with a large plunge pool. Food was great, grounds of the resort are beautifully designed and maintained. Bed was soft and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone and everyone to stay. Cons: Room was a little dusty but this appears to be due to the fact that they don’t vacuum. Rather they use a dry mop, which is fine. Additionally, it’s surrounded by (beautiful) rain forest so a little dust is totally understandable." ~Patrick
