"Pros: The owner couple was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with all the amenities during the stay. They have a car which we hired for trip from and to NJP as well as for the sight seeing. Room has magnificent view of the valley from the top. You can spend long hours admiring the beauty forever. The surrounding is very calm and quiet. Cons: The distance from Mall road is around 1 km or a bit more but the walk is nice. Especially there are no ups and downs. Most locations are way above the altitude of mall road or below which is bit difficult to climb. But the homestay is at the same level as that of mall road which helped us in making daily trips to mall road. Don't expect any auto service there. So either you hire a cab or walk. I love walking so I had an excellent time." ~Ranjan
