"Pros: Little paradise; bungalows were clean and spacious; close to beach and Palolem Backwaters; quiet corner of the beach stretch; Rockit Café made the best fish curry I have tried - I haven't been a fish curry fan so far, but I love theirs; staff was friendly and helpful with organising trips and transport; Cons: It's a little walk (few minutes) from the next road and taxis and tuktuks don't go all the way to the location (but staff helped with our luggage); due to the early onset of the rainy season - we just visited at the wrong time - almost the entire beach area - bungalows, beach bars and restaurants (except for some shops and few restaurants in the market area) - was closed, wrapped up in folio, deserted, dead and unappealing. Nature, however, was beautiful nevertheless (except for the mosquitos). I am sure, it is a stunning paradise during dry season." ~Attila_achenbach
