"Pros: Location, hospitality, staff, food. Mr. Nautiyal- manager Mr . Jai pal - help staff , room service. He accompanied me and my daughter for trecking to get an amazing view . Mr. Kuldeep - help staff in the lunch and dining area. Mr Prakash - the person who drove us to Tiger falls. He demonstrated Exceptional driving skills They all were exceptional and went the extra mile to keep us engaged and made our trip memorable. They have a recreational room with pool table, table tennis and carrom board, plenty to keep my 12year old busy. This is a great place to truly be one with nature and rejuvenate. The view from our room was fantastic, we could see the mountains covered in snow. The view was absolutely breathtaking especially during the sunset when the sun rays were falling on the mountains. People like us living in urban cities can also breathe fresh air and get away from a chaotic lifestyle. Cons: Not applicable" ~Avinash
