"Pros: As marketed it was a basic beach hut on soft white sand. The room was very clean, bed super comfy and we opted for air con. The staff could not be more friendly / hospitable and wow, the food was so local, fresh and good value. We walked along the beach in the evenings and we definitely had the best spot with comfortable sun loungers. Cons: Nothing negative to say or improvements to be made!" ~Clare

"Pros: Amazing , Amazing , Amazing ................ fanatic beach stay ,well maintained,i can say British standard so people have no other way to think how the place is maintained , can and wood mix furniture , ha that old Goan look , not what we see in all this new trend homestays , I could feel I am staying in a Goan Portuguese influenced house , the man behind it you can say he is the designer , the creator of this place , we have to ask him nothing as its told to us well in advance , book with this Gentleman Sam ,he is amazing Goan man . there are many people renting in Benaulim and I stayed in lot of places but this place is the best 5 Stars foe sure" ~Polina
