Cons: The restaurant was quite soulless and so felt like not many people were staying. Our transfers organised by the hotel were disappointing. Pick up from Chandigarh Airport - the taxi driver was in the wring place to collect and clearly didn't know what he was doing. The following day the taxi driver to take us to Solan Station was asleep in his car on the wrong side of the gates out of the property. He drove us over dirt tracks and not up the N5 roadway and he was late and we missed our train. I would recommend that the hotel takes these bookings more seriously. The driver clearly didn't know what time or where he should have been going. Very disappointing."
