"Pros: First the staff - outstanding and of course the location. You were welcomed with a genuine desire to help you - they took us on trips to see deer and another waterfall. They gave us local tips for the best time to see the sights. The food was delicious- it really felt like a home from home. The whole team were amazing, we would like to commend Abin, Sagheeb, Udeesh, Midhun and Hilary- these are the staff that we had the most interaction with and they have platinum service . "Pros: The property seemed very new and clean and it just by the river, offering excellent views. The staff also went beyond their abilities to help us. Cons: There was no air conditioning in the leisure area and the hallways. Felt a bit stuffy." ~Somesh
