"Pros: I stayed twice at this hotel. The first time was sub-standard in cleanliness, noise, and the TV channels were not working. I wrote down my concerns and came back to the hotel a few days later. Everything was as good as they could manage; they were clearly responsive and I appreciated that. I also liked the speed and quality of their service, and it was very quiet this time. Cons: This is likely true for all hotels with this rating, but the floors are not washed with clean water and it is best not to walk barefoot in the room." ~Alex
