"Pros: The apartment was in centralized location. Very clean and equipped with all the necessities. Cons: There was not a lot of air flow and it was very hot inside the apartment. There were only 3 little windows that could be opened." ~Magda

"Pros: Great location. Pleasant room Cons: I must have missed that this was self catering / more of an AirBnB and I don't stay in AirBnBs. I expected a hotel check-in. Info on how to check in was sent after we started our trip and I'm not tied to my email when I go on vacation. We were confused as to what to do. Called and then when directed to booking.com read "please don't call." Not great service. Room was lacking coffee setup and there weren't even any water glasses. No closet. Seemed newly turned into guest lodge and not quite there yet. And all this for $300. Iceland is expensive but this seemed high for a barebones experience." ~Robert
