In winter (from September) we switch on the gas heating if needed. we always charge an extra (!) utilities fee based on the meters reading at check in/out. In case of renting multiple apartments, the security deposit is 200euro/apartment. For long-term stays, the deposit is 300euro per apartment. We can accommodate up to 14 people in total in our 3 apartments. washing/drying is strictly forbidden inside the rooms. late check in/out, IF AVAILABLE, cost extra each started hour!
