"Pros: Everything was great, I did not expect an open pool and 24h reception desk, room was clean, everything was working and great.
Cons: As I said in the other section, everything was great, except two things.
Unluckily we stayed there on the day that the biggest resort SPA did their cleaning of the facilities and there was a lot of bad sewage smell outside the whole night, the hotel itself had a filtering system for the air inside the hotel, but I only found out after going on the balcony for the first time at 2am to understand where the horrible smell was coming from, and I noticed the window in the kitchen was open since we arrived and never noticed it was open because it was behind a huge curtain. After closing the window, the smell started going away and I managed to sleep till the morning, even if we wanted to leave.
I repeat, this is not a bad review for the hotel itself, the hotel was great because as I said the air inside the hotel was normal and they have a filtering system (only explanation because outside it was impossible to breathe), even in the morning when we left, there were gasses coming out of every sewage hole in the city, so it was not just in this specific hotel, just an unlucky night to be there in Zalakaros.
Other than this, the hotel was above expectations and I would return anytime."
