"Pros: Had a fantastic experience at the Radisson in Zalakaros. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Food was excellent—great variety and high quality at every meal. What stood out most was the seamless access to the thermal spa and wellness facilities, which made the stay super relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Cons: One thing that could be improved is the children’s area. While it's nice that it’s open to kids from 1 to 16 years, it would be helpful to separate spaces by age group. Flashy gaming consoles aren’t ideal for toddlers, and a calmer, age-appropriate play area for younger children would make a big difference." ~Adam
