"Pros: A nice hotel, not new but well maintained. The Japanese garden with the sauna house was exceptionally beautiful! All the hotel staff were very polite and helpful, thank you very much!
Cons: Unfortunately, the pools in the directly adjacent (!!!) slide park were being cleaned on several days during our stay. This made it impossible to relax on the balcony or in the Japanese garden and the noise could be heard in the hotel even with the windows closed!
This should definitely have been communicated by the hotel, because we would not have booked with this knowledge!
The food was also not very varied and very meat-heavy at both breakfast and dinner! The individual dishes were also not labeled, so that we often came across pieces of sausage in seemingly vegetarian dishes...
In a four-star hotel in this price range, you can definitely expect more alternatives!"
