"Pros: The place has a lot of potential. Clean and well decorated building. Good spa facilities. Cons: Unfortunately we were really surprised that some of the staff didn't speak even a word of any language other than Hungarian. We tried to contact the reception through the telephone to ask them if we could check up later than 8 o'clock. They hung up the phone two times without saying a word, which put us in a frustrating situation, unsure if we could check in on time or not. We found this quite unprofessional and highly suggest that the staff takes some basic language course, so this situation like ours do not happen again." ~Aneliya
