"Pros: We recently stayed at Anna’s apartment with our family of four (two adults and two kids) and found it to be a comfortable, spacious place. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby amenities and plenty of room to accommodate a larger family—this place could comfortably fit up to six people. While we appreciated these positives, a few aspects of the stay could be improved. Unfortunately, the washing machine is very old, with visible mold and rust, which made us hesitant to use it. Additionally, some dishes and glasses were not as clean as expected upon arrival, and the coffee machine had not been emptied or cleaned from the previous guest. One other minor inconvenience was the check-in process. Although we were initially instructed to pick up the keys at a different location, the contact person unexpectedly met us at the apartment instead, leading to some last-minute confusion. Updating the check-in instructions would make the arrival experience smoother. Overall, the apartment has great potential with its spacious layout and prime location, but a few maintenance and cleanliness improvements would make it an even better choice for families." ~Ivan
