"Pros: Very professional staff. The hotel itself is very nice, we had a cheaper room but it still had a balcony and a reasonably good view of the lake, air con worked well, there was even English tv channels (bonus). Breakfast was amazing with a nice range of food including some amazing homemade nutella pastry and really good coffee, also the seating next to the koi carp swimming in the water is a nice touch. Easy reach from shops and restaurants, rent electric scooters for a fun way to get around. The artificial beach on stilts is nice with lots of comfortable beds and curtains, the water is shallow and cool. Cons: Nothing" ~Charles
