"Pros: Ideal location next to the beach, excellent view from the balcony. Playground for the children in a walking distance. Morning jogging along the lake just behind the door. Good restaurants in a walking distance. Grocery is just in about 10 minutes walking distance. Car parking in a guarded areal, very near to the apartment. Location is an ideal base to explore interesting places aroun Balaton lake. Owner fluent in English and flexible. Price to value ratio adequate. Cons: Just minor - more than one key from the apartment available would be more comfortable for families with elder kids." ~Petr
