"Pros: All the other staff was very helpful and courteous except for one lady with lots of tattoos and very long blond hair who refused to give a glass of hot water one night for my medication and said I can only have hot water from the tap..... that was very unkind knowing she can get it from the kitchen Cons: There was no toilet paper in both rooms I used and the second room had no light in the bathroom and no concessions to the price was given when I mentioned this inconvenience" ~May
