"Pros: Availability of parking and location outweighed the inconveniences present. close to old town, shopping center. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, and you have to close the curtains in the evening to avoid being on the catwalk. Despite the fact that the windows face a busy street, if you keep them open, it is relatively quiet. Cons: The toilet and shower rooms are separated by a common hall-kitchen. The bathroom is quite large and can easily accommodate a toilet. The toilet room is minimalistic - there is a tiny sink and no hot water. There are only two trash cans in the entire apartment, which is inconvenient. The bed creaks at the slightest touch. If you live for a few days and need to wash something - there is nowhere to dry it as well as the towels. The refrigerator is old and weak - even at full capacity there is no ice in the freezer box... No bedside lights - only overhead lighting with extremely awkwardly placed switches." ~Vitaly
