"Pros: I can feel staff are trying to helpl and really friendly but they dont speak english which makes complicated in communication. Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding
Cons: Pillow is somehow not big or comfortable enough. And language because no one barely speaks english that makes hard for international guests. What makes me a bit upset is they charged me in USD instead of local currecy HUF without asking me. That makes a 5.5% higher price i paid! I know they are nice and friendly, but in hungary all pos machine can be chosen currency on HUF, actually by default it is HUF. And just no asking me or letting me know, and 5% higher cost is made thats almost 20USD...and i explained and questioned to the reception, but they just dont understand me even i tried to use google translate, i felt wasting time and i had to run for time....so i just left with a bad mood in morning." ~Shen
