Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform SANTE Hévíz in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you require a booking confirmation for a visa application, the hotel will send this to the respective embassy. Please note that the consulate will also be informed upon the cancellation of your reservation.

People 13 years old and over stay for € 28 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
