"Pros: Location is great, within walking distance to everything important. Apartment is spacious and sunny. Balcony is perfect, as well as free parking and other facilities. Check-in and communication was smooth and easy. Not much to complain here, it's all you need. Cons: I cannot say it wasn't clean, but some things are unacceptable like visibly dirty tea cups (almost all of them with dark marks and food remains), stained sheet, some dirt on the floor that supposed to be vacuumed, and terrible sewer smell from the bathroom all day. It's not really cleaning problem but should be solved by expert. All in all I wouldn't call it major issues, it wasn't as bad to prevent our comfort, just not expected in the tourist apartment in Villa." ~Hrvoje
